Menu : Italian

With a well established reputation for using only the finest of ingredients, and a style of cuisine rooted in Venetian tradition, Toulà plans to jump to the top of Toronto’s dining scene. Its location, in Toronto’s Westin Harbour Castle Hotel, on the edge of lake Ontario, presents a stunning view of the city and it’s surroundings.

With its roots in the Venetian region, as always at toulà; décor and service too are part of its prestigious style. The restaurant has been totally and elegantly renovated by the architect Piero Pinto. Four Maitre’d and three chefs from Italy take care of the guests, together with the rest of the staff, hired locally.

Of course, no menu would be complete without a wonderful selection of wines. General Manager Adriano Vicentini has been acquiring a substantial collection to compliment any dish. The main focus of our list has naturally fallen on Italian Reds, from the regions of Piedmonte and Tuscany. With a cellar consisting of over three hundreds labels, however, our abundant range of flavours, from both Old and new World regions, will surely yield the perfect bottle to satisfy even the most discerning of palates.
